We will select quality items only. Please ensure you review your items prior to pick up to
ensure there are not items that are stained, ripped, or out-of-date.
We base our process on product supply and demand. We will work hard to get the best
price for you. You will receive 40% of the final selling price in Cash or 50% of the
selling price in store credit. We will decide the price. Items will be consigned for 60 days.
Thereafter items will be donated the Corner Cupboard. Please let us know if you want your
items back and provide us with a list. We reserve the right to put items on sale before we
donate them in hopes of getting you the best price we can.
You must wait 30 days to get your first payout in order to give your items a chance
to sell.
We will do our best to safeguard your items, but we are not responsible for damage or loss.

Clothing Consignment
We currently accept in-style children's clothing, footwear in sizes up to 12 years. Clothing
and footwear guidelines:
• Have all articles freshly laundered.
• Please ensure the article is in good condition: free of stains, tears, fading, missing
buttons, broken zippers, etc.
• Make sure it looks like something you would want to buy yourself.
• No undergarments of any kind. No socks unless they are new/nearly new
Baby Equipment
• Baby furniture and equipment must meet Canadian Safety Standards and be clean,
complete and in excellent condition. We will only take it if there is room in the store,
otherwise we will post a picture you provide on our new indoor bulletin board and we will
post on our website the description.
• Please include batteries if required.
Toys
• We prefer wooden toys, but will accept name brand toys that are clean, safe, and
work. If it needs batteries please have those in the toy working. They will sell better. No
board games, or puzzles unless you can guarantee all pieces are there.
Please check that your toy is not on a recall list. You can easily do this by checking the
manufacturer’s website and clicking on their news, or recall list. If you are not sure please
let us know that you didn’t check and we will.
We will not accept dollar store toys as they are not worth reselling, and there is no way of
knowing if they have been recalled. Also note that if you want the toys back after the selling
period is over you must let us know , otherwise they will be donated.
If you have odds and ends such as a bunch of dinky cars, zip lock bag them and they will
sell as a group which is better for the buyers.

bulletin board being placed in the same area as our consignment. We will not take a
percentage of these sales. We will not pick up/drop off items either. This is just a
complementary bulletin board for items other than toys/clothes/ stuff that won't fit in the
store...
Pack n play , Baby Swing, Bassinet, Bouncy Seat, Double/Single Stroller, Exersaucers,
Umbrella Stroller, Hiking Backpack. Any cribs/car seats ads must be recall free. It is up to
you to do the research on this. It is buyer beware, so make sure you please the buyers by

| How it works... current, working,cool..... Call us at 250-726-4242 or email us at ukeebaby@yahoo.ca WE WILL PICK IT UP that day or next.....in Ukee... In Tofino we will pick up once every two weeks, we will let you know when you call to book a pick up. (there is a small pick up charge in Tofino ) If we cannot use the stuff you give us WE WILL DONATE it unless you specify otherwise at which time you will be responsible to pick it back up within 3 days or it will be donated.....no exceptions.... |
